Le Samsung SPH-P9000 est un PDA compatible WiMAX mobile, donc le Wibro et CDMA EV-DO, avec un clavier Qwerty complet en deux parties et pourvu d'un écran 5" WVGA.

Il embarque Windows XP et est animé par un processeur Transmeta 1 GHz.
De dimensions 143 x 92 x 29.7 mm pour 560g, il possède un disque dur 30 GB, un APN 1.3 megapixels, la connectivité Bluetooth et une batterie 2980 mAh, pouvant être changée pour une 7200 mAh.

The SPH-P9000 is the true convergence device capable of voice and multimedia data communications through Mobile WiMAX technology.

The SPH-P9000 is the ideal companion for users to usher in the new era of mobile convergence technology. The expected growth of Mobile WiMAX services will result in an increasing demand for multi-functional devices. The SPH-P9000 is a PDA-based device utilizing Mobile WiMAX and CDMA EV-DO connectivity. Users will have wireless access to the Internet utilizing Mobile WiMAX connectivity. Simultaneously, the CDMA EV-DO technology provides mobile phone connection for voice communication.
